• Valid driver's license and clean background
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
• Must own or obtain a toolbox with standard & specialty tools (gauges, meters, leak detectors, etc.)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Thermo King Certi-Tech Certification (within 1 year)
• EPA 608 & 609 Certifications (within 1 year)

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration units, APUs, cab A/Cs, and heaters
• Perform road service and join on-call rotation after training
• Meet standard repair times and keep work organized
• Operate tools, hoists, and shop equipment safely
• Keep the shop clean, efficient, and professional
