Start Your Skilled Trade Career RightTransport Refrigeration of Northwest Arkansas (TRA) is hiring a full-time Trailer Technician for our Lowell shop. This hands-on role is a great opportunity to break into the diesel and trailer repair industry with on the job training and mentorship.
What You’ll Do in Your First 90 Days- Learn to inspect, repair, and properly document trailer repairs
- Assist with lighting, wiring, brake replacements, and door repairs
- Shadow experienced welders and insulation technicians
- Gain knowledge of shop safety, tools, and repair documentation standards
- Mechanical aptitude or vocational/technical school background
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in an active shop environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
