JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You must be 18 years of age or older. General job duties for all store team members include having a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle for delivery, navigational skills, ability to operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and possess communication skills. Essential functions/skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, motor coordination, and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing includes talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Carrying pizzas and beverages during delivery, driving within a designated delivery area, walking between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location, and climbing during delivery of product, navigating adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing. Far vision and night vision for driving.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing for most tasks, walking for short distances for short durations, sitting for paperwork, lifting bulk product deliveries, carrying large cans and pizza sauce, pushing trays on dollies, navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching up, down, and forward, eye-hand coordination, use of hands continuous during the day, shaping pizza dough, manipulating a pizza peel, pinching in assembly of cardboard pizza boxes, grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Driving specific job duties include delivering product by car and to the door of the customer, and delivering flyers and door hangers. Requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
