Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch, and managing lobby flow using a tablet.;
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and usage of technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.;
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and collaborating with branch team members to achieve financial goals.;
Perform branch operations which may include handling cash devices like the cash vault and ATM while complying with bank policies.
