This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Pesticide Applicator or Registered Technician based in Lowell, IN. The role involves managing pest control and lawn care treatments, performing integrated pest management duties, and maintaining safe application practices. Responsibilities include handling the setup, calibration, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication with clients regarding services provided and advice for lawn maintenance.

• Expertise in Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) methodologies
• Experience and knowledge in PEST practices and Lawn Care techniques
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Valid pesticide applicator or registered technician certification/license
• Ability to safely operate and maintain application equipment
• Commitment to eco-friendly practices and regulatory compliance
• Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
