💼 Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite / 3 remote
💰 Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
- Full-cycle accounting for affordable housing communities
- Prepare investor and lender reporting
- Maintain compliance-related financial records
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Track reserve and escrow accounts
- 3+ years of property accounting experience
- Affordable housing or LIHTC experience preferred
- Experience with Yardi or One Site
- Strong attention to detail
