The company is currently implementing a new ERP platform (Sage Intacct), creating a unique opportunity for a Senior Accountant to play a meaningful role in the implementation, testing, training, and ongoing optimization of the system while supporting the day-to-day accounting operations.

This position is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working with accounting systems, improving processes, and partnering with the business to enhance efficiencies.

• Prepare and analyze journal entries and transactions related to the day-to-day general accounting function.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and account analysis.
• Prepare supporting schedules and assist with the monthly close process.
• Analyze transactions flowing through accounting subledgers into the general ledger and perform variance analysis.
• Assist with accrual calculations and other month-end accounting schedules.
• Support the implementation, testing, validation, and ongoing optimization of Sage Intacct.
• Work closely with Finance leadership to improve accounting processes through automation and system enhancements.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data and maintain strong internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accounting and financial reporting initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Approximately 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and closing processes.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience working with accounting systems and ERP implementations or upgrades is highly desirable.
• Sage Intacct experience is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
