Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Winn Companies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator Strategic Projects to join our dynamic Lowell Corporate Office
.
In this role, you will support strategic initiatives by maintaining project plans, tracking action items and milestones, coordinating meetings, preparing status updates. The role is responsible for documentation, follow-ups, general project support and ensuring leaders and teams have accurate, up-to-date project information to drive execution and accountability.
The pay range for this role is $26.44-$28.85 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following hybrid work schedule (on-site four times per week):
Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Maintain the accuracy of the high-level rollup summary of the Business Initiatives.
- Create and disseminate project updates.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate and attend project meetings.
- General project support.
- Coordinate project meetings.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, and Real Page.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Associate’s degree.
- Property Management industry experience preferred.
