Job Description
The Center for Corporate Citizenship is seeking an experienced and organized administrative assistant to support the Executive Director. This position provides high level administrative support, including but not limited to travel arrangements and reimbursements, scheduling, correspondence, and data entry into the constituent relationship management (CRM) system.
Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks based on organizational and individual needs, supporting and representing different communication styles, exercising good judgment and discretion, maintaining a high-service orientation, ensuring timely responses and attention to detail, and supporting event logistics for the Center as needed. The role may require infrequent early mornings or early evenings (typically 3–4 times per year).
Hiring Range: $25.60/hr to $32.01/hr pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of experience and education considered
- Proficient with G‑mail and G‑Calendar, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM system
- Excellent PowerPoint skills; experience with travel planning; experience with office management a plus
- Experience with financial systems (reimbursements) a plus;
Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
