Admin Supervisor

Supervise Ford Plant Administrative Team.

Arrange Travels between Ford Plant and Phnom Penh Team.

Assist new Ford Plant expatriates in travel arrangements, booking hotel, finding rental houses and other necessary support as needed.

Supervise the cleaning products stock, purchase and control.

Supervise stationary stock, purchase and control.

Ensure a good functioning of the kitchen in Ford Plant:
Hygiene Management, Good Quality and Quantity of Food, Kitchen Materials and Stock.

Collaborate with HR to assess training needs and plan personnel trainings for Ford Plant Administrative Team.

Keep records of the Official Letter Numbers that were sent out from the company.

Communicate with the local authority in regards to Administrative Support/Issues.

Assist the General Manager in preparation of the Company's events and other tasks that will be assigned by Ford Plant General Manager.

Prepare payments to suppliers as needed.

Follow-up with Accounting/Finance Team to ensure all payments for the Administration Department are following the procedures.

Supervise Administrative team including Admin Officer, Drivers, Cleaners, Security Guards, Gardeners.

Manage office supplies stock, cleaning products, catering, and order for RMAAC factory.

Liaise with the local authority for any Administrative support.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or the related field.

At least 3 years of experience in Operation, Administrative Supervision in a private company or an organization.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Outlook).

Good Communication Skills in English (Spoken, written).

Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills.

Solid Knowledge of Administration/Office Procedures.

Good leadership and management.
