Summary:
The Program Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Office of Strategic Priorities and Professional Development. Working collaboratively with a dynamic team responsible for a broad and highly visible institutional portfolio, the Program Assistant ensures the office operates efficiently, particularly during peak periods. The Program Assistant will contribute to work connected to the College's Strategic Plan; the Strategic Leadership Council;
the Center for Truth, Community Healing and Transformation; and Professional Development. Responsibilities include assisting in the general administrative duties of the office such as procurement operations, maintaining documentation, providing logistic support and coordination for events, meetings, communities of practice, affinity groups, etc. This part-time position is well suited for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive professional who enjoys varied responsibilities, thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and takes pride in supporting meaningful work.
The role offers significant exposure to strategic initiatives and college-wide programming, as well as the opportunity to develop professionally as the office and its portfolio evolve.
