Overview

MACOM is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the senior leadership team from our headquarters in Lowell, Massachusetts. Reporting directly to the CEO, this dynamic role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted partner and strategic planner who positively impacts business outcomes by supporting multifaceted organizational and business challenges, orchestrating business-critical events and initiatives and serving as a key liaison coordinating leadership priorities across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex synchronization of organizational event and initiative planning, ensuring seamless logistical coordination across diverse stakeholders working in diverse global time zones
  • Prepare and review materials and correspondence for executive and board meetings and other key business activities with speed, clarity, and accuracy
  • Liaise with internal business units and external parties including customers, suppliers, investors, and analysts handling calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Facilitate Leadership team and Board of Directors travel agendas and prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports aligned with internal platforms, tools, and processes
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and take initiative to drive efficiencies and problem solve
  • Leverage enterprise technology platforms and productivity tools—including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Travel & Expense systems and SAP ERP—to streamline workflows, manage communications and maintain accurate documentation
  • Conduct ad hoc research and analyze/prepare data to support effective decision-making
Experience and Education
  • 8+ years of executive assistant experience with a proven track record of supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, agile environment; experience within a large, matrixed, publicly traded organization strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's/University degree preferred; master’s degree is a plus.

The Salary Range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. Actual salary offered to candidates will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
