** Key Responsibilities
** Ensures that specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed to allow for effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion.

Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.

Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate. Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.

Ensures that the utilization of all material and financial resources is carried out in an effective manner.

Effectively  work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.# Role Summary The Sourcing Specialist is an experienced individual contributor responsible for executing low to moderately complex sourcing projects end-to-end with minimal supervision. This role specializes in Information Technology (IT) sourcing, covering software, hardware, cloud, and infrastructure categories aligned to the procurement taxonomy. The role supports RFx execution, supplier evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery while ensuring compliance, documentation rigor, and audit readiness.#

Key Responsibilities ###
1) End-to-End Sourcing Execution:
* Execute low to moderately complex sourcing projects from intake to award with minimal supervision
* Prepare RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; manage supplier communication and timelines
* Analyze bids and develop structured evaluation summaries to support decision-making###
2) Analysis & Negotiation Support:
* Perform cost and scenario analysis to support commercial negotiations
* Support negotiation of pricing and commercial terms within delegated authority###
3) Stakeholder & Supplier Management:
* Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders during sourcing events
* Manage supplier interactions across RFx lifecycle and contracting process###
4) Governance, Compliance & Documentation:
* Ensure sourcing events are audit-ready with complete documentation and approvals
* Maintain compliance with procurement policies, risk, and governance standards###
