• 5+ years of superintendent experience
• OSHA 30 certified
• Ability to work onsite
• Must live within 1 hour of the job location

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction project superintendent experience
• Project management, estimating, and survey experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
• Knowledge of construction regulations and building codes
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam
• Construction site management and safety skills
• Organization and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems
• Ability to read plans and perform quantity take-offs

You maintain detailed logs, approve invoices, and ensure safety standards are met.
