Position: Roof Vacuuming Sales Representative (New England Area)

Adler Industrial Services is seeking an experienced sales professional to help grow our roof vacuuming division throughout the New England market.

Adler specializes in commercial roof vacuuming, rooftop debris removal, hydrovac, and industrial services for roofing contractors, building owners, facility managers, and construction teams. Our roof vacuuming services help contractors complete reroofing and tear-off projects more efficiently by removing gravel, ballast, debris, and roofing materials from commercial rooftops quickly and safely.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands the roofing or construction services industry, knows how to build relationships, and can turn contractor relationships into real project opportunities.

Direct roof vacuuming sales experience is highly preferred. Candidates with strong commercial roofing experience, construction services sales experience, building material sales experience, or established relationships with commercial roofing contractors will also be seriously considered.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales experience in roofing, building materials, construction services, industrial services, commercial contracting, or a related field
  • Existing relationships with commercial roofing contractors, roofing consultants, general contractors, building owners, or facility managers
  • A strong understanding of reroofing, tear-off projects, rooftop logistics, and contractor needs
  • The ability to prospect, generate new business, and develop long-term accounts
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  • A self-motivated, territory-driven sales mindset
  • The ability to work independently across the New England market
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities for Adler’s roof vacuuming services
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial roofing contractors and industry contacts
  • Identify reroofing, tear-off, and rooftop debris removal projects
  • Educate contractors, building owners, and project teams on Adler’s roof vacuuming capabilities
  • Coordinate with Adler’s operations and project teams to support successful job execution
  • Grow sales activity and revenue across the assigned territory
  • Represent Adler professionally in the field, at job sites, and with industry partners
Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is a strong plus:

  • Roofing materials or building materials sales
  • Industrial services
  • Hydrovac, vacuum truck, or specialty equipment services
