Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill in a position for a Project Superintendent in commercial and industrial building.

The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following:

• Coordinate Field Activities
• Schedule tasks, project resources & field coordination including but not limited to Subcontractors
• Enforce safety
• Site visits
• Prepare daily reports
• Cost control
• RFI’s
• Change orders
• Value Engineering

• Qualified individual will have successfully executed minimum 5 projects in the range of $5 million to $20 million
• Must have 5+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training
• Must be able to read Blue Print & Specifications
• Must have federal or public work experience
• School construction experience an advange
