Operator, Wastewater

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Operator, Wastewater is to operate and maintain assigned facilities and to actively support the Operations Supervisor and will be part of an on-call rotation requiring night and weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements:

• Commitment to 24/7 Safety Culture
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wastewater industry/wastewater operator role
• Active MA Wastewater Operator License required (Minimum Grade 3 Municipal)
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Available for after hours and on call work as required
• Valid U.S. Driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card and pass a drug screen
