Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments with accuracy and efficiency;
Educates customers on TD's products and services and refers them to partners for solutions;
Balances cash drawers and ATMs and reconciles cash and night deposits;
Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues or escalates to management as needed;
Ensures compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act and protects customer information
