We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Attendant to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and assisting guests with inquiries and requests. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm and positive attitude.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide information and assistance regarding the organization's services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage bookings and reservations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
