Location: Lowell, MA - Inpatient Treatment Program
Available Schedules: Sunday-Thursday 3:00pm-11:30pm, 11:30pm-7:00am. Tuesday-Saturday 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, 11:30pm-7:00am

The Program Guide is responsible for:
- Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for clients who come to the program daily to receive their medication.
- Greeting clients, customer service, monitor for client/staff safety, communicate with clients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides clients in and out of the program orderly.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working in customer service and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
- Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required.
