Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely, professional, and courteous support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding account updates, service requests, and project status.

• Process client requests, orders, account changes, and service inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams—including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Quality—to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
• Monitor service delivery and proactively communicate delays or potential issues.
• Assist with onboarding new clients by coordinating documentation, system setup, and training as needed.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, reports, and other client-related documentation.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in client services, customer service, account management, or administrative support.
