Pay: $75, annually, depending on experience

YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR LEADER OF PROGRAMS:

You're the strategic force behind our after‑school programs, ensuring they run smoothly across multiple sites. You collaborate with senior leadership, refining curricula and strengthening program structures to keep them cutting‑edge. Your leadership shines as you coach and develop a team of dedicated educators, leading staff meetings and training sessions to keep everyone aligned and inspired. You build lasting relationships with school administrators and community partners, ensuring Kids In Tech remains a trusted name in STEM education.

From managing program budgets to ensuring compliance with safety standards, you're at the heart of our mission—creating opportunities for kids to thrive in a tech‑driven world.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:
  • Possessing an advanced degree is a plus!
  • 5+ years of experience in education, youth development, or nonprofit management
  • 2+ years supervising full‑time staff or multi‑site programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of program evaluation
