Special Education Teacher – Summer & 26-27 School Year and Beyond
Location: Opportunities Across Multiple Districts
Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $55–$60/hour (depending on assignment & experience)
Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Special Education Teachers to join our Massachusetts Behavioral Team for the school year (and beyond). This position allows you to focus on meaningful, student-centered work, while enjoying the flexibility and professional growth that comes through working with a trusted staffing partner.

What You’ll Do:- Provide specialized instruction to students with IEPs in inclusion, resource, or substantially separate settings
- Design and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned to IEP goals
- Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate progress data
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support inclusive practices
- Lead or contribute to IEP meetings, re-evaluations, and parent-teacher conferences
- Implement behavior support strategies and classroom accommodations
- Create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and engagement

- Valid Massachusetts License in Special Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Knowledge of IEP development and SPED compliance
- Experience working with neurodiverse learners in school settings
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to pass background checks and provide professional references
