Collegiate Charter School of Lowell is seeking a Reading Interventions Teacher to provide intensive/intervention/MTSS support to upper elementary school students. The school is a tuition‑free public charter academy serving students K‑12 on one campus.

Responsibilities- Teach: Deliver engaging lessons and ensure students achieve academic growth.
- Manage: Apply rules consistently, use preventive discipline, engage students, communicate expectations and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Record: Observe, evaluate, report and record student performance, behavior, social development and health.
- Collaborate: Work with parents, teachers, counselors and administrators to resolve behavioral or academic struggles.
- Commit: Adhere to school policies, procedures and attendance guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and fluency in subject area.
- All required state certifications for the position.
- Completion of required reference and criminal background checks.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Salary: $62,000 to $82,000 per year
