Job Description
Collegiate Charter School of Lowell is seeking to expand our ELE team with additional certified, English Language Education teachers to work with our elementary students (K-4) for the 2026-27 school year.
Collegiate Charter School of Lowell is a tuition‑free public charter academy, providing an academically challenging program in a safe, structured environment. CCSL opened its doors in September 2013 to serve students in K‑3. The school has expanded each school year and currently serves students in K‑12 as of the 2022‑23 school year.

CCSL will prepare all students for success in college, equip them with the ability and desire for lifelong learning, and strengthen their civic, ethical, and moral values. Teachers’ primary assignment may be a specific grade level (including homeroom duties) or subject teaching to multiple classes/grades. The teacher may also be assigned additional non‑instructional duties such as proctoring exams, supervising recess or lunch, or leading a club/group/activity.

Work with parents/guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve students’ behavioral or academic struggles and celebrate successes and growth. - Commit

Demonstrate commitment to the school community by adhering to school policies and procedures and meeting attendance and punctuality guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, and fluency in subject area to be taught.
- All required state certifications for position – EL/ML/ESL for Elementary + SEI Endorsement.
- Completion of all required reference and criminal background checks.
