CCSL is seeking Associate Teachers to work alongside a certified teacher and learn the craft. A high school diploma is required at minimum, an Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred to become part of the Associate Teacher Program.

CCSL is a tuition‑free public charter academy, providing an academically challenging program in a safe, structured environment. CCSL opened in September 2013 to serve students in K‑3, and currently serves K‑12 as of the 2022‑23 school year.

CCSL is looking for an adventurous educator to join our team. Are you dedicated to providing quality education to the students of Lowell? CCSL has 1,200 students ready to learn.

Associate Teachers’ primary assignment may be a specific grade level or subject, working alongside a certified teacher. They may also be assigned additional non‑instructional duties such as proctoring exams, supervising recess or lunch, or leading a club/activity.

Requirements:

• Associates degree or higher strongly preferred; high school diploma required.

Position Type: Full‑Time

Salary: $25 to $30 Per Hour
