Collegiate Charter School of Lowell (CCSL) is a tuition‑free public charter academy providing an academically challenging program in a safe, structured environment. We seek Associate Teachers to work alongside certified teachers and learn the craft. A high school diploma is required at minimum; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred as part of the Associate Teacher Program.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Assist in instruction of a specific grade level or subject while learning the teaching craft.
• Support certified teachers with lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management.
• Lead extracurricular activities or clubs, as needed.
• Proctor exams, supervise recess or lunch, or perform other non‑instructional duties.

• Associate’s degree or higher strongly preferred; high school diploma required.
• Completion of all required reference and criminal background checks.
