Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a caring and energetic Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of language development, independence, and social‑emotional growth.

This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences where toddlers learn through hands‑on exploration, structured routines, and positive relationships with caring educators.

• Lead daily classroom routines for toddler-aged children
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences
• Support language development, social skills, and early problem‑solving abilities
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Guide children through meals, transitions, and daily routines
• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements and center policies

• Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required
• Previous toddler classroom experience preferred
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
