Collegiate Charter School of Lowell (CCSL), a tuition‑free public charter academy serving K‑12 students in Lowell, Massachusetts, seeks a certified English Language Education Teacher to work with our middle school students for the 2026‑27 school year. We are searching for a total of 1.5 FTE staff members to join the team.

• Teach: Infuse your creativity into delivering engaging lessons and ensuring students achieve academic growth.
• Manage: Apply school and classroom rules consistently and effectively by utilizing preventive discipline techniques, motivating and engaging students, communicating expectations to students clearly, and maintaining a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Record: Observe, evaluate, report and record students’ performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Collaborate: Work with parents/guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve students’ behavioral or academic struggles and celebrate successes and growth.
• Commit: Demonstrate commitment to the school community by adhering to school policies and procedures and meeting attendance and punctuality guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and fluency in subject area to be taught.
• All required state certifications for position – EL/ML/ESL for Elementary + SEI Endorsement.
• Completion of all required reference and criminal background checks.
• A bright smile, warm heart, and a plethora of positive energy.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Position Type: Full‑Time

Salary: $62,000 to $82,000 Per Year
