Part-Time English Language Education Teacher: Grade 4

Job Description

Collegiate Charter School of Lowell is seeking certified English Language Education teachers to work with elementary students in Grade 4 on a part‑time .6 basis for the 2026‑27 school year.

• Teach: Deliver engaging lessons and ensure academic growth.
• Manage: Apply school and classroom rules consistently, use preventive discipline, communicate expectations, and maintain a positive environment.
• Record: Observe, evaluate, report, and record students’ performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Collaborate: Work with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve students’ behavioral or academic struggles.
• Commit: Demonstrate commitment by adhering to policies, procedures, and attendance guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and fluency in teaching subject area.
• All required state certifications for the position – EL/ML/ESL for Elementary + SEI Endorsement.
• Completion of required reference and criminal background checks.
• Bright smile, warm heart, and positive energy.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work‑visa required.

Position Type: Part‑Time

Salary: $37,200 to $49,200 Per Year
