Part-Time English Language Education Teacher: Grade 4

Job Description

Collegiate Charter School of Lowell (CCSL) is seeking to expand its Early Language Education (ELE) team with additional certified, English Language Education teachers to work with elementary students in Grade 4 on a part‑time .6 basis for the 2026‑27 school year.

CCSL is a tuition‑free public charter academy that serves students K‑12. The mission is to provide top‑quality education to a diverse student body, preparing all students for college and lifelong learning.

  Deliver engaging lessons and support academic growth.

  Apply classroom rules, use preventive discipline, motivate students, and maintain a positive learning environment.

  Observe, evaluate, and document student performance, behavior, social development, and health.

  Work with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators to address student needs and celebrate progress.

  Adhere to school policies, maintain attendance and punctuality, and contribute to the school community.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and fluency in the subject area to be taught.
• State certification for position – EL/ML/ESL for Elementary and SEI endorsement.
• Completion of background checks and reference checks.
