Paraprofessional (CSA PreK-4) – Full‑Time

Responsibilities include:

implementing developmentally appropriate activities for students, assisting teachers with routines and student transportation, supporting field trips and emergency drills, maintaining a safe environment, and performing health‑related tasks where applicable.

• Assist classroom teacher in providing developmentally appropriate activities for students with and without special needs, including ELL students.
• Assist classroom teacher in getting students into and out of the buildings and classrooms, including lifting and carrying students.
• Assist teacher during activities such as field trips and emergency drills.
• Assist teacher with classroom routines such as snack time, washing dishes, clean‑up, bathroom and other similar activities.
• Assist teacher in maintaining a healthy and safe environment for children and perform other tasks as assigned by the building principal.
• IF the position is a HEALTH role, feed, change diapers, and toilet children.

• Successfully passed the Paraprofessional test, OR 48 college credits or more, OR a Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Experience with the appropriate age group.
