Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst [83140]

We're partnering with a school district in Essex County, MA to hire a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026–2027 school year
.

In this role, you will provide behavioral support and consultation services to students across PreK through 8th grade
. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavior strategies that promote student success across academic, social, and behavioral domains.

  • Location: Onsite in Essex County, MA
  • Weekly

    Hours:

    10–15 hours per week
  • School Year: 2026–2027
  • Travel: Travel between school sites may be require
Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress and inform intervention decisions.
  • Collaborate with special education staff, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student success.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff on behavior management strategies and data collection practices.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Previous school-based BCBA experience preferred
  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
  • Strong data analysis, consultation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel between school sites within the district as needed
