Crossover is hiring a Youth Development Coach to guide K–3 students through app-based literacy programs at a Lowell, MA campus. You will diagnose decoding gaps, design targeted sequences, and monitor progress with teachers and parents.
You will spend most of your day guiding students through learning apps, with 10% of time on reading sessions, and collaborate on check-chart activities and daily routines to reach weekly goals.
