Principal MMIC Design Engineer

• Design RF SOI MMICs that meet initial specifications, perform thorough simulations, manage projects through validation, and support manufacturing release and qualification.
• Collaborate with customers, product management, product engineers, test engineers, and applications engineering teams.

• Deep knowledge of CMOS analog and RF SOI design techniques.
• Proven success in high power SOI switch designs.
• Ability to design circuit blocks such as bandgap references, LDOs, charge pumps, level shifters, and I/O buffers in Cadence.
• Familiarity with CMOS, RF SOI, and/or SiGe processes.
• Expertise in FEM simulations using HFSS or ADS.
• MS degree plus 10 years of design experience or Ph.D. plus 5 years of design experience.
