Senior Process Engineer I
We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer I who enjoys working within a team environment. In this role, you will support the wafer fab tools and processes in one or more functional areas (Photo, Etch, Deposition, Diffusion, etc.) in a fab that makes PIN, Zener and Schottky Diodes on Silicon and Gallium Arsenide wafers with emphasis on Commercial & Military Communication/RADAR & Instrumentation market.

- Creating and updating process specifications
- Monitoring tool and process results including SPC
- Designing, running, and documenting results of experiments
- Leading teams to improve yields, reduce cycle time or reduce cost
- Process qualification of new equipment
- Communicating and consulting with team members and other staff, as necessary, to successfully complete tasks
- Must keep accurate records of all activities related to running process experiments or making process changes
- Other design, development, and support tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related engineering discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Ability to think out‑of‑the‑box and create unique solutions to problems
- Experience with Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with high proficiency in Excel
- Must be well organized with the ability to present information for suggested process improvements to the Wafer Fabrication engineering team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Legacy wafer fab experience with technologies on 3” to 6” wafers
- Experience in photo or etch
- Skills in using AI to improve research, analyze data and present data

Pay RangeWe offer a total compensation package that includes competitive base pay, restricted stock units, Quarterly bonus payments and other benefits. The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $70,304 – $205,000. (Range dependent on job location, skills and experience.)
