Job Description:

Night Shift Engineering support for Operations and Process Engineering

  • Primary focus will be Wet Etch Processes and Metrology measurement tools.
  • Daily sustaining activities:
    Lot dispositions, SPC monitoring and addressing Out of Control Points, with knowledge of Statistical Process Controls.
  • Monitoring key parameters to verify the statistical wellbeing of the process, recognize when there is an issue, disposition of Out of Spec product, problem solving for yield and line loss.
  • Understand equipment operations and be able to identify potential problems with the equipment through observation.
  • Will be assisting with new equipment start ups and performing process baselines on both new and existing tools.
  • Responsible for identifying and addressing thru-put issues for equipment, processes, or procedures.
  • Works closely with all support groups assisting in root cause troubleshooting, establishing and implementing new processes.
  • Tool and process ownership
Key Competencies

Required:

Position requires the individual to be able to work independently with the ability to follow and meet due dates based on established project plans. Detailed oriented and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with emphasis on documentation. Motivated and a self starter. Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs).

Hourly Range:

The Hourly Range for this position is $26.00– $51.00 per hour. Actual salary offered to candidates will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
