• Development of new process technologies and fabrication techniques
• Support sustaining/operations for existing products
• Data analysis (yield, parametric data, correlation studies)
• Failure analysis and root cause investigation
• New product introduction
• Ensure specs, photo masks, etch recipes, MES route accuracy
• Trouble shoot and disposition of material
• Write and modify procedures and work instructions
• Plan and execute DOEs
• Design, modeling, mask creation

• BS or equivalent with 5 years experience (PhD with 0-1 years, Masters with 2-3 years)
• Strong data analysis skills using statistical software (Excel, Mini Tab, Jump)
• Hands on experience with fabrication equipment and process techniques (etch, deposition, lithography)
• Strong understanding of device operation
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments
• Familiar with device modeling tools and CAD programs for mask design
• Familiar with MES systems

RSU Eligible:
This position is eligible to receive restricted stock unit (RSU) awards and cash bonuses, solely at MACOM's discretion, subject to individual and company performance.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $98,000 – $142,000. Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
