• Perform testing on RF/Microwave devices per test plans
• Perform DC testing on diode devices per test plans
• Set up manual and automatic test configurations to perform pass/fail tests per test plans
• Support troubleshooting of test stations and assist in resolving technical issues promptly
• Maintain and manage test fixtures inventory to ensure availability for production needs
• Collaborate with the engineering team to assemble and validate new test fixtures
• Perform rework and repairs on damaged test fixtures to restore functionality
• Ensure all lab test equipment remains within calibration cycle to meet ISO certifications requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 6S principles

• 4 - 6 years experience in manufacturing testing
• Ability to follow oral and written guidelines as well as read & understand spec sheets & Test plans
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Detail oriented
• Excellent Computer skills, specifically SAP and MS office
• Knowledge of RF & DC measurements
• Knowledge of ESD procedures

The Hourly Range for this position is $23.00 – $42.00 per hour. Actual salary offered to candidates will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
