Service Advisor

Nucar Chevrolet of Lowell is looking for career-oriented Service Advisors to join our growing and busy team! The goal of this position is to efficiently and professionally assist our customers with all of their service needs. Building loyalty and trust, creating an amazing guest experience, and maintaining an industry-leading customer satisfaction index. Pay: $80,000‑$120,000

We are looking for a personable service advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians.

• Greet customers and listen to their requests.
• Schedule appointments, estimate costs, and conduct inspections.
• Determine vehicle issues and repair timelines.
• Collaborate with technicians to convey customers’ concerns and provide accurate repair descriptions.

• Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs, and parts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs into workable technician orders.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools.
• Organizational skills, including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers, and ensure work is completed properly.
• Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payments.
• Ability to achieve targeted goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
