Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Financial Analyst, Economics
We are a global arbitration firm that brings expertise from senior‑level government positions and experienced arbitrators to counsel clients on cross‑border disputes, including damages, contract disputes, antitrust, investment treaties, and valuation.
Responsibilities- Quantify damages related to expropriation, breach of contract, and anticompetitive behavior.
- Assess damages associated with sovereign debt restructurings.
- Evalue the efficacy of regulations enacted by governments.
- Conduct economic and accounting analysis of investments.
- Analyze financial reporting under international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
- Analyze cartel cases in the European Union and evaluate fines in antitrust actions.
- Calculate lost profits.
- Ph.D. in Economics with a focus in I/O, applied economics, microeconomics, econometrics, finance, or labor economics from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in dispute‑oriented work, preferably in complex antitrust matters.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and statistical analysis programs (SAS, SQL, SPSS, Stata, R).
- Commitment to producing high‑quality analysis and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to work within a team environment.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $300,000 per year.
