Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

Lowell, Lowell, MA, $50 - $55 /hour

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Lowell. This flexible opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their schedule while providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing and post‑acute care setting.

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, balance, and safety
• Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to support resident independence
• Collaborate with PTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate care
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Flexible PRN scheduling
• Collaborative rehabilitation team with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
• Opportunity to work with both short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care residents
• Supportive leadership and resident‑focused care environment

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
