We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Lowell. This flexible opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their schedule while providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, balance, and safety
• Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to support resident independence
• Collaborate with PTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate care
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
