Physical Therapist – Inpatient, Per Diem

• Performing all duties of a Physical Therapist III
• Overseeing the performance of clinical staff within the same discipline
• Assisting with ongoing development of customer/staff relations and staff development
• Evaluating, developing and implementing specific treatment programs for patients
• Documenting all age-appropriate patient care treatments in the medical record

• Bachelor's degree
• Graduation from an approved school of Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapy (PT) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Eight (8) years of experience as a Physical Therapist

Demonstrates expertise in evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment programs for patients while overseeing clinical staff performance. Holds a Physical Therapy License and Basic Life Support Certification, with extensive experience in patient care documentation.
