Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring In-Home Clinicians who would like to manage their own flexible and independent schedules. We provide a supportive culture that allows for a balance of personal responsibilities and professional development while contributing to the community.
What you will do:- Conduct individual and family counseling usingtrauma informed and culturally responsive interventions foryouth and their families.
- Assist caregivers in navigating systems,topromote their awareness of resources and access to supports.
- Empower caregivers with skills and strategies to support their youth’s behavioral health needs.
- Create care plans and interventions to support skill-basedgrowth for clients.
- Promote and strengthen family’snatural supportsto foster a welcoming and supportive community for the youth.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with the youth, parents, and other providers to ensure close collaboration and coordination of care.
- Ensure that client’srights are respected, particularly in regard to cultural competency.
- Collaborate with other community-based organizations to provide services and care for clients.
- Talent connecting with people.
- Strong communication skills–both written and verbal.
- Ability to assess and manage risk.
- Flexibility,creative thinking, andadaptingto competing priorities.
- Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling or related field.
- Driving in the community is a requirement of this position; please ensure you have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Trauma Informed Practice;
Attachment, Regulation, Competency Model (ARC);
Substance Use Intervention;
Risk and Safety Assessment.
Salary Range:$65,000.00 - $70,000.00/year + s ign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).
