Bright Star Care of Acton–Andover–Lowell is seeking Per Diem Physical Therapists (PT/RPT) to complete assessment-only visits for skilled home health patients. This role offers flexible scheduling, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and limited ongoing treatment responsibilities.
You will conduct initial and follow-up assessments, evaluate patient needs, and establish plans of care while educating patients and caregivers on safety and home exercise strategies.
