Bright Star Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for part-time / per diem home visits in Massachusetts. The PT will evaluate clients at home, develop personalized care plans, and provide interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety while educating families and collaborating with the care team.
Required:
Active MA PT license, DPT or MPT, CPR certified, and 1+ year experience preferred; new grads welcome.
