Med Care Manager

The Medication Aide/Med Tech is responsible for administering medications and treatments to residents safely, accurately, and with dignity. This role involves following physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration, and documenting all actions in MAR/TAR in real-time.

Key duties include observing residents during and after medication passes, monitoring symptoms, reporting concerns promptly, and maintaining compliance with safety and infection control standards. The role ensures resident safety by preventing medication errors and identifying health changes early.

• High School Diploma/GED, age 18+
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred experience in senior care
