Director of Food And Beverage

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead all dining, beverage, and event operations at a luxury boutique coastal resort. This executive leader will be responsible for elevating guest experiences, driving operational excellence, managing financial performance, and building a high-performing hospitality team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, private events, and seasonal programming, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Develop and execute innovative dining and beverage concepts aligned with the resort’s luxury positioning and destination-driven identity.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop culinary and service teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and hospitality excellence.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, labor, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership and culinary teams to enhance offerings, respond to guest feedback, and continuously improve service standards.
• Manage vendor relationships while maintaining quality, consistency, food safety, and operational compliance.
• Oversee seasonal operations, special events, and guest programming with exceptional attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, or similar hospitality environments.
• Proven success managing multiple outlets, seasonal operations, and high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for creating elevated guest experiences.
