Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Lowell, Massachusetts. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can independently manage all facets of HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with organizational standards. If you excel in benefits administration, employee onboarding, and HR compliance, this opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

- Manage all HR functions, including compliance and reporting, without administrative support.

- Administer employee benefits, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and collaborating with benefits brokers.

- Maintain compliance with organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements, including OSHA standards.

- Support vehicle registration and compliance tasks, including fleet management and tracking.

- Provide expertise in HR systems and processes to streamline operations.

- Address employee relations matters with discretion and confidentiality.

- Ensure all HR policies align with legal and organizational standards.

- Assist with tracking and reporting for fleet telematics, collaborating with operations teams.

- Act as a resource for bilingual communication in Spanish, if applicable. Requirements - Proven experience in Human Resources management or administration.

- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and ability to address related queries.

- Familiarity with HR systems and information platforms (HRIS).

- Expertise in onboarding processes and employee relations.

- Solid understanding of compliance regulations, including OSHA guidelines.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions without administrative support.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
